• Can I submit my own design?
  Certainly. Our experienced craftsmen specialize in custom manufacturing.
• Is anything pre made?
  No. Our products are custom made to order right here, in Medford, MA and cannot be compared to mass produced items.
• How long does the process take?
  Simpler finials can be done quicker, while more intricate models require more labor and time.
• Why is your product better?
  Being a company based in New England, we understand how the weather can affect metals, and with over 40+ years of experience, we believe in manufacturing items sturdier than they may need to be.
  We don't cut corners. Nothing is just riveted for example (unless specified by customer), or built with flimsy materials.
• Size Availability:
  All finials are custom made to order and available in any feasible size.
• What can I specify?
  Everything. You can leave up to our craftsmen to decide what we think looks / works best, however, you can specify dimensions, materials, base type, finish etc.
• Can finials be manufactured in other materials?
  If possible, yes. We normally offer the materials above that won't rust and / or can be welded / soldered for maximum weather protection. However, we can build finials in thinner gauges if requested, in steel and use other materials like Kynar steel (galvalume) and aluminum to match certain colors.
• What about custom colors?
  We can accommodate custom colors. Preferably, the finial should be built with aluminum or steel, so it can be welded watertight, then powder coated or painted.
• What about irregular shapes?
  Not a problem. Either send us a drawing or a template and we'll manufacture a finial to your specifications, whether it is not squared or curved / round.
• Does Riverside install finials?
  Yes. Our experience field crew can install your custom finial. We offer such services within about one hour away from hour location, but up to 2 hours in some cases.
• What about lightning protection?
  Just specify to us what you need and we'll accomodate your request. Sometimes customers request solid rods, threaded rods etc.
• Shipping:
  Shipping available to all US states and internationally. Chimney tops and other products may also be picked up at our location.
